MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ Launch on April 11 via MDDC 2025, Here are 8 Phones to Feature it

MediaTek has officially revealed that the Dimensity Developer Conference 2025 (MDDC 2025) is set for April 11 in Shenzhen, China. This event is anticipated to showcase the next-generation flagship Dimensity 9400+ chipset, along with new ecosystem solutions. Notably, leaker Digital Chat Station has suggested a list of smartphones that will utilize this enhanced chip.

Dimensity 9400+ Incoming

The Dimensity 9400, which debuted in October 2024, boasts an all-big-core CPU design featuring a Cortex-X925 ultra-core running at 3.62GHz, three Cortex-X4 cores at 3.3GHz, and four Cortex-A720 cores at 2.4GHz. The upcoming Dimensity 9400+ is expected to be an overclocked version, with the X925 core reaching speeds of 3.7GHz for better performance.

Expected Dimensity 9400+ Phones

According to tipster Digital Chat Station, several upcoming flagship phones are tipped to feature the Dimensity 9400+ chipset. These include:

  • Oppo Find X8S, Find X8S+
  • Vivo X200S
  • iQOO Neo series flagship, which is believed to be the iQOO Neo 10S Pro
  • Realme GT series flagship could be Realme Neo 7 Pro
  • OnePlus Ace 5S
  • Redmi K80 Ultra

Among the smartphones mentioned earlier, the Find X8S, Find X8S Plus, and Vivo X200S are anticipated to be released in April in China. Meanwhile, the iQOO Neo 10S is expected to be unveiled in May, with flagship models from Realme, OnePlus, and Redmi also set to launch in the first half of the year.

Xiaomi is projected to introduce the Xiaomi 15T Pro flagship a few months later for the global market. Similar to the Xiaomi 14T Pro, which was powered by the D9300+ chip, the 15T is expected to come with the D9400+ SoC.
