Alongside the Xiaomi 15S Pro, Xiaomi has launched the Pad 7 Ultra, its largest and priciest tablet yet. It features the same XRING O1 chip found in the new phone and a 12000mAh battery. Here are the full details.
Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra Specifications
The Pad 7 Ultra runs on Xiaomi HyperOS 2 based on Android 15. It has a 14-inch OLED screen that uses TCL’s M9 luminous material. The display supports 3.2K resolution in a 3:2 aspect ratio, with a 120Hz refresh rate. It reaches 900 nits of brightness overall and peaks at 1600 nits.
Xiaomi includes a nano-soft light coating on the surface of the tablet. This coating reduces glare and includes nano-etching that cuts down ambient light interference by up to 99%.
The device runs on the new XRING O1 chip, built with TSMC’s 3nm N3E technology. It features a 10-core setup with 2+4+2+2 cores. The top core reaches speeds of 3.7GHz.
Memory options include LPDDR5T RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. Power comes from a 12,000mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging through a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port.
Design is minimal, with a 5.1mm thick body. The tablet weighs 609 grams. The narrow bezels measure only 3.95mm. The front camera is 32MP, centered for portraits. The back has a 50MP camera inside a matrix-style module.
Eight speakers with four amplifiers handle audio. There are four microphones in a 16.5cc chamber. The tablet supports WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and an IR blaster.
Users can also buy a matching keyboard for the tablet. The keys have a travel distance of 1.3mm.
Price and Availability
The Pad 7 Ultra starts at 5,699 yuan (roughly $800) for the 12GB RAM / 256GB model. The top-end configuration with 16GB RAM, 1TB of storage, and the Nano Soft Light Screen goes for 7,399 yuan. There are five variants in total:
