The Poco F7 is expected to launch soon in the global market, and Pakistani buyers are eager for its release. Although Poco has not set an official launch date for Pakistan, the device has already appeared on certification sites around the world. This suggests that its debut is close. Based on previous launches, Pakistan could see the F7 arrive shortly after its global debut, possibly by the end of June.
The phone is rumored to be powered by the new Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip. According to Geekbench, this processor includes a main core running at 3.21 GHz, three cores at 3.01 GHz, two more at 2.80 GHz, and two efficiency cores at 2.02 GHz. It is paired with the Adreno 825 GPU. These specs look promising on paper, but real performance, heat management, and battery life still need to be tested.
The Poco F7 is also expected to come with 12GB of RAM and run Android 15 with HyperOS. If this is true, it will be among the first in its price range with Android 15 pre-installed.
Expected Features and Price in Pakistan
There are rumors that the Poco F7 may be a rebranded Redmi Turbo 4 Pro. If that is correct, it should feature a 6.83-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1.5K and up to 3,200 nits brightness. The phone is said to have a 7,550mAh battery and support 90W fast charging. It may carry an IP69 rating for water and dust resistance, plus a dual rear camera with a 50MP main sensor. These features are appealing, but how well the phone handles heat and power consumption will matter most.
Pricing for the Poco F7 may land between PKR 115,000 and PKR 125,000 in Pakistan. The F6 was a mid-range device, but rising import taxes and PTA duties could drive the price higher. This could make competition tougher, as other brands offer software and service improvements.
Should You Wait?
If high performance at a fair price is your goal, waiting for the Poco F7 might be worth it. But you should also consider alternatives like the Vivo V50, Samsung A36, or Oppo Reno 13, as prices rise. Poco needs more than strong specs to stand out. Final choices depend on how well the phone performs in real-world use.
