Samsung unveiled the Galaxy S25 FE, adding to its Fan Edition range. It brings some welcome improvements. The phone features a bigger battery and new internals. It also runs Samsung’s newest software. The design closely resembles the S24 FE.
Design and Display
The Galaxy S25 FE looks much like the last model. It has a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X LTPS screen. This display offers Full HD+ quality. It refreshes at 120Hz. The screen can get very bright, up to 1,900 nits. This makes it easy to see outside. The phone has a better fingerprint scanner. It is now ultrasonic for faster, more reliable unlocks.
Samsung kept the IP68 water resistance. Both sides use tough Gorilla Glass Victus+. The frame is made of strong Armor Aluminum. You can get it in Jetblack, Icyblue, Navy, and White.
Internals and Software
Under the hood, the Galaxy S25 FE uses the 4nm Exynos 2400 chip. It comes with 8GB of RAM. Storage goes up to 512GB. The phone’s vapor chamber is 10% larger. This should help keep it cool during heavy use, like gaming.
This device runs Android 16. It features Samsung’s fresh One UI 8.0 interface. Samsung promises seven years of software and security updates. This matches its top-tier phones. AI features include Gemini Live and Circle to Search. ProVisual Engine, Generative Edit, and Audio Eraser are also included.
Cameras
The rear camera setup remains triple lenses. The main camera is 50MP with image stabilization. An ultrawide lens is 12MP, covering a wide 123-degree view. An 8MP telephoto lens offers 3x optical zoom. The front camera is now a 12MP sensor.
You can record video in 4K. AI helps enhance photos. Features like dual video mode and slow motion are available. Portrait studio settings are also included.
Battery
The Galaxy S25 FE has a 4,900 mAh battery. This is a bit larger than the S24 FE’s 4,700 mAh cell. Importantly, Samsung now uses silicon carbon tech. This allows for a bigger battery in a slimmer size.
The battery supports 45W wired fast charging. Wireless charging is also supported. The phone can charge to 50% in about 30 minutes. This is with a compatible fast charger.
Galaxy S25 FE Price in Pakistan
In Europe, the base 8GB + 128GB model is priced at approximately $875 (PKR 248K), the 256GB variant at approximately $945 (PKR 268K), and the 512GB version at approximately $1,084 (PKR 307K). Prices in other regions, including the US and India, are expected to be cheaper. Keep in mind that the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE launched for $650 last year.
