The flagship phones in the Vivo X-series have been well received in markets other than China. The X300 and X300 Pro have just been released in China and other international markets, and the company is now preparing to launch them in India.
This series also includes the more advanced X300 Ultra, which is expected to debut in China in the second quarter of 2026. The flagship phones under the Ultra brand from Vivo have only been available in China up until this point.
The first glimpse of its global version suggests that the wait for its global release is over.
Global Vivo X300 Ultra surfaces in IMEI database

According to a SmartPrix report, the global version of the Vivo X300 Ultra with model number V2562 has been added to the IMEI database. The company is preparing to compete with Samsung and Xiaomi’s well-known Ultra models with this.
The X300 Ultra’s global version is listed in the IMEI database, but there is no information about the device’s specifications.

According to leaks, the Vivo X300 Ultra’s rear camera setup will comprise a 200-megapixel Sony IMX90E primary camera, a 50-megapixel LYT-828 ultra-wide camera, and a 200-megapixel Samsung HPB periscope telephoto camera.
For selfies, it is expected to feature a 50-megapixel selfie camera with autofocus.
The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset is expected to be inside the device. It will have a 6.8-inch OLED display with a 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate on the front. It will come preloaded with Android 16 and OriginOS 6.
The size of the X300 Ultra’s battery and its charging capabilities are currently unknown. It is hoped that the upcoming launch will soon reveal additional details.
