The Tecno Camon 50 (CN5) Smartphone Receives the EEC and TUV Rheinland Certifications: Revealed to Pack a 6340 mAh Rated Battery

The Tecno Camon 50 has now been added to the EEC certification database, joining the Tecno Camon 50 Pro (CN7c) smartphone’s EEC listing. The TUV Rheinland authority has also granted certification to the standard model.

Tecno Camon 50 (CN5)—EEC and TUV Rheinland Certifications

The upcoming Tecno Camon 50 smartphone has the model number of ‘CN5,’ and it has received the EEC certification with the notification number of ‘KZ0000011554.’

Notably, the EEC listing has confirmed the name of this upcoming device, and its certification will only be valid until December 31, 2035. Also to add, the EEC listing has confirmed its arrival in the European market as well.

About its TUV Rheinland listing, it has been certified with the certificate number of ‘JPTUV-180689’ and is listed under the ‘Mobile Phone’ section. Key specs such as the 6340 mAh rated Li-ion polymer battery, 11.0 VDC/10.0 VDC/5.0 VDC/3.92 VDC charging input, and Class III protection (protective design + low voltage operation) have been revealed for the device.

In addition, its arrival in Europe is confirmed by the country codes “EU” and “SA,” which also indicate its launch in Saudi Arabian markets.

As of now, the above-mentioned details are all that are known about the Tecno Camon 50 smartphone. New updates may come to light in the coming days, via which more details concerning the upcoming device could be revealed.

The Tecno Megapad SE tablet and the Tecno POP 10 4G smartphone were both unveiled in Ghana this month, in November 2025, at the height of a few other updates that were related to it.
