Vivo X300s key specifications leak reveals Dimensity 9500 Plus, 7,000mAh battery, and more

The Vivo X300 Ultra is anticipated to be unveiled at a launch event in March. As an incremental improvement on the Vivo X300, which was unveiled in China in October 2025, there are rumors that the company may also introduce the Vivo X300s. The main features of the X300s have been made public via a recent leak, thanks to tipster Digital Chat Station.

The tipster claims that the Vivo X300s would feature a flat display encircled by narrow bezels of the same size on each of the four sides. It will have a round camera module on the back.

It will have a 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED screen on the front and a 200-megapixel primary camera with a mid-tier periscope telephoto camera on the back panel.

It will be powered by the future Dimensity 9500 Plus chipset, which is reportedly an overclocked variant of the current Dimensity 9500.

The X300s will have a sizable battery with a capacity of about 7,000mAh. The X300, on the other hand, has a smaller 6,040mAh battery. It will also include additional features including a waterproof casing and an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor.

Although there are rumors that the Vivo X300 Ultra will be released worldwide, the X300s might only be available in China for a year.

This is because the Vivo X200s, which made its debut in China in April 2025, is anticipated to be renamed as the Vivo X200T worldwide later this month or in early February. In a similar vein, the Vivo X300s might be rebranded as the Vivo X300T for the international market in 2027.

In related news, Vivo will introduce its first action camera in addition to the X300 Ultra and X300s at its March launch event in China. However, particular information regarding the features and characteristics of the action camera has not yet been leaked by the rumor mill.
