According to a recent report, the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certified four new Vivo phones in December 2025. These consist of a T-series phone, a Y-series phone, and two V70-series phones. According to a recent development, the BIS authority also allowed two additional phones on December 31, 2025.
Vivo X300 FE, X200T BIS certified
The BIS authority has also certified two forthcoming phones with model codes V237 and V2561, as shown in the screenshot above. These devices, which go by the names Vivo X300 FE and Vivo X200T, respectively, were recently discovered on the Bluetooth SIG certification database.
Other phones, including the Vivo V70 (V2538), Vivo V70 Elite (V2548), Vivo T5x (V2545), and Vivo Y51 (V2544), have also been certified by the BIS.
Although the BIS certifications do not provide any details regarding their characteristics, they do indicate that these gadgets will likely make their debut in the first quarter of this year.
Vivo X300 FE, X200T specifications (rumored)
The Vivo S50 Pro Mini, which had its debut in China in December 2025, is anticipated to be relaunched as the Vivo X300 FE. A 6.31-inch OLED LTPO 1.5K 120Hz screen, a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip, a 6,500mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging, a 50-megapixel front camera, and a 50-megapixel (main) + 8-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 50-megapixel (3x periscope) triple camera unit.
The Vivo X200s, which was revealed in China in April 2025, seems to be a renamed version of the Vivo X200T. A 6.67-inch OLED LTPO 1.5K 120Hz screen, a Dimensity 9400 Plus chip, a 6,200mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging, a 50-megapixel front camera, and a triple camera arrangement of 50-megapixel (main) + 50-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 50-megapixel (3x periscope).
Vivo X300 FE, Vivo X200T price, launch timeframe (rumored)
At launch, the Vivo X300 FE is anticipated to cost roughly Rs 60,000 (~$666). By the end of this month, the X200T, an online-only phone, is expected to launch for about Rs 55,000 (~$610).
The X300 FE’s launch schedule is currently unknown. But given that the X200 FE was revealed in July 2025, the X300 FE might be released by late January or early February, keeping the release schedule at roughly six months.
