Even though the Galaxy S25 phones just came out, whispers about Samsung’s next big phones are already online. But the S25 family isn’t complete yet. Samsung may launch another phone sooner than we thought. Here’s what we know about the Galaxy S25 FE release.
Samsung Hints at an Early Galaxy S25 FE Release
Samsung itself shared this information. It wasn’t a leak. Daniel Araujo, a Samsung Vice President, mentioned it during a Q2 2025 earnings call. He said the Galaxy S25 FE would launch earlier. He didn’t give a specific date. However, Android Authority thinks it might arrive in late August or early September.

Samsung’s FE phones are part of the Galaxy S line. They offer great features at a lower price. The Galaxy S25 FE might have a slimmer look. It could sport a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen. This display would have a 120Hz refresh rate and thinner borders.
The cameras might be the same as the last model. Expect a 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide, and an 8MP telephoto lens. The front camera is likely 12MP. A 4,700mAh battery could power it. Fast charging might match the S25 Ultra at 45W. A GeekBench listing suggests the S25 FE will use the Exynos 2400 chip. It should also have 8GB of RAM and run Android 16.
