Honor Robot Phone with a Pop-Up Camera will be launched at MWC

Honor launched the Magic8 and Magic8 Pro today. At the same event, the company hinted at a new gadget named the Robot Phone. It will debut fully at MWC in Barcelona come early March next year.

For now, check out the teaser clip below. If you’re curious about the “robot” part, it’s due to a gimbal camera much like the DJI Osmo Pocket 3. This version fits right into the phone. See it here:

The Honor Robot Phone earns its name because the camera shifts like a human or robot head. It responds to what it views in smart ways. Expect plenty of AI tools inside too.

Honor calls this a concept device right now. It’s not clear if MWC will show it as just an idea or a ready product. We’ll find out soon. In the meantime, sign up on Honor’s site for more details, plus behind-the-scenes tales and direct updates.

You’ll join early user tests too. Your input could help shape the final design. Plus, you’ll be among the first to try, hold, and test this bold device. Dropping your email for these benefits makes sense.
