Infinix Hot 60i launched with 120Hz display One-Tap AI button, 45W charging

Infinix has introduced the Hot 60i as the first device in its new Hot 60 series in Bangladesh. The lineup is expected to include several models, such as the Hot 60 5G, Hot 60 Pro, and Hot 60 Pro+ 5G. The Hot 60i offers a slimmer, more durable design compared to the Hot 50i, with improvements like a larger battery, faster charging, and a dedicated AI button.

The phone features a 6.7-inch IPS LCD HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 700 nits. Although it still uses a 720p+ resolution panel, it supports Always on Display. Security is handled by a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

Under the hood, the device is powered by the MediaTek Helio G81 Ultimate chipset, the same as its predecessor. It comes with options for 4GB, 6GB, or 8GB of RAM, paired with either 128GB or 256GB of eMMC 5.1 storage. Storage can be expanded up to 1TB using a microSD card. The major upgrade is the 5,160mAh battery with 45W fast charging, replacing the 18W on the Hot 50i. Infinix states that the battery can go from 1% to 50% in just 24 minutes.

The camera system includes a 50-megapixel main sensor on the back and an 8-megapixel selfie camera. The phone runs XOS 15, based on Android 15, and has a One-Tap AI button for quick access to AI features.

The Hot 60i also has a Hard Gyro sensor for precise motion control, which helps in gaming and GPS use in tough spots like underground garages or forests. A key feature is UltraLink, allowing calls and messages even without network coverage by connecting to other nearby phones within 500 meters. Other features include NFC, an IR blaster, dual-SIM 4G, Wi-Fi 5 (ac), Bluetooth 5.3, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and FM radio.

The build is tough, with reinforced corners that can handle drops from up to 1.5 meters. It has an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance. The phone measures just 7.7mm thick and weighs 188 grams.
