Infinix has been steadily growing its Note 50 series, and the latest model is already creating excitement. Following the launch of the Note 50x 5G, the company has hinted at a more upscale device — the Infinix Note 50s 5G. Although the official specifications are not yet revealed, Infinix has shared sneak peeks of its design, display, and unique features.
India’s Slimmest Phone with a 144Hz AMOLED Display
One of the standout aspects of the upcoming Infinix Note 50s 5G is its remarkably slim design, which the brand has illustrated by placing it next to a pencil to highlight its sleekness. Infinix claims this will be the thinnest smartphone in its category. Additionally, it will be the first in its segment to feature a 144Hz 3D curved AMOLED display.
The 6.78-inch screen will offer an FHD+ resolution, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and 2304Hz PWM dimming to help minimize eye strain. With Gorilla Glass 5 for added protection, along with 10-bit color and 100% DCI-P3 coverage, users can expect vibrant and precise visuals.
The Infinix Note 50s 5G will come in three color choices: Titanium Grey, Ruby Red, and Marine Drift Blue. The Marine Drift Blue variant boasts a vegan leather back that incorporates a unique feature — it utilizes microencapsulation technology to release a pleasant scent over time. Dubbed “Energizing Scent-Tech,” Infinix claims it can emit subtle fragrance notes for up to six months, depending on usage and environmental factors.
While additional specifications for the Note 50s 5G remain undisclosed, it is rumored to include a 64MP Sony IMX682 primary camera.
Infinix Note 50s 5G Launch Date and Expected Pricing
The Note 50s 5G is confirmed to launch in India on April 18. It is expected to be priced below INR 20,000.
