Mercantile, in collaboration with Jazz, has officially launched Pakistan’s inaugural iPhone Exchange Program, allowing customers to trade in their PTA-approved iPhones (iPhone 11 or newer) for the latest iPhone 16 models. This initiative facilitates a straightforward transition for users to upgrade their devices while only paying the outstanding balance, thereby providing a more accessible route to acquiring Apple’s latest technology.
The program is exclusively available at select Jazz Experience Centres located in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, effectively addressing the typical challenges associated with selling or upgrading older devices. Mercantile’s standardized valuation guarantees that users receive a fair assessment for their eligible iPhones, while Jazz ensures a smooth registration process through its extensive network.
Nauman Durrani, CEO of Mercantile Pakistan, stated: “This initiative streamlines the process for individuals in Pakistan to access the latest iPhone models. Our collaboration with Jazz offers a transparent and efficient method for customers to upgrade from older devices and enjoy an enhanced user experience.”
Ali Fahd, Head of Marketing at Jazz, remarked: “As a leader in the digital space, Jazz is dedicated to closing the digital gap in Pakistan. Our partnership with Mercantile to introduce the first iPhone Exchange Program underscores our commitment to innovation and customer convenience. By making the latest iPhone devices more accessible, we empower our customers to elevate their digital lifestyles through seamless connectivity and enhanced services.”
