MediaTek has announced that the Dimensity 9400+ will officially launch on April 11, coinciding with the company’s Dimensity Developer Conference in Shenzhen, China, which will serve as the backdrop for its introduction.
The Dimensity 9400+ will retain the same core architecture as the 9400 but with an increased clock speed. Notably, the prime Cortex-X925 core is expected to reach speeds of 3.7GHz, an upgrade from the 3.62GHz found in the standard 9400.

The setup will also include three Cortex-X4 cores running at 3.30GHz, along with four Cortex-A720 cores that have been upgraded to 2.4GHz from the previous 2.0GHz. The GPU continues to be the ARM Immortalis G925 MP12.

The chip has been spotted in Geekbench benchmarks, confirming its specifications. It achieved scores of 2,770 in single-core and 8,500 in multi-core tests. This indicates a 6% increase in single-core performance and a 5% enhancement in multi-core performance compared to the standard Dimensity 9400, which averages 2,605 and 8,078, respectively, as reported by NotebookCheck.
With the official announcement now made, several smartphone manufacturers are gearing up to release devices featuring the Dimensity 9400+. A leaked list indicates that the following models will include the new chip:
- Oppo Find X8S, Find X8S+
- Vivo X200S
- iQOO Neo series flagship, likely the iQOO Neo 10S Pro
- Realme GT series flagship, possibly the Realme Neo 7 Pro
- OnePlus Ace 5S
- Redmi K80 Ultra
Among these, the Oppo Find X8S, Find X8S+ and Vivo X200S are anticipated to launch in China as soon as April. The iQOO Neo 10S is expected to follow in May, while devices from Realme, OnePlus, and Redmi are also set to debut in the first half of the year.
In addition, Xiaomi is reportedly working on the Xiaomi 15T Pro, which is expected to be released a few months later in global markets. If the company continues the trend from last year—when the Xiaomi 14T Pro featured the Dimensity 9300+—it is likely that the 15T Pro will also be equipped with the Dimensity 9400+.
