Oppo has officially launched the A3i Plus in China, marking a new entry in its A-series lineup. However, this device seems to be a rebranded variant of the Oppo A3.
Even with the name alteration, the smartphone maintains the same specifications, featuring a high-refresh-rate AMOLED display, a Snapdragon 695 processor, and a focus on durability. The Oppo A3i Plus is currently open for pre-orders, with sales set to begin on February 17.

The Oppo A3i Plus has a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080×2412, a 93.7% screen-to-body ratio, and a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals. The display can reach a peak brightness of 1200 nits in direct sunlight and retains its touch sensitivity even when exposed to moisture or oils.
Internally, the device is driven by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset. It features 12GB of RAM, which can be virtually expanded to 12GB, and provides storage options of 256GB and 512GB, utilizing Oppo’s lossless compression technology for optimal data management.
The smartphone operates on ColorOS 14, an Android-based operating system. This version introduces a variety of software improvements, such as real-time voice enhancement during calls, AI-driven image extraction, and an upgraded cloud-based user interface that promotes a smoother user experience. Furthermore, the software includes sophisticated power management capabilities aimed at prolonging battery life and optimizing overall performance.
On the rear, the Oppo A3i Plus is equipped with a dual-camera configuration, featuring a 50MP primary sensor alongside a 2MP portrait lens. This camera system is designed to support AI-enhanced portrait mode, night photography, and rapid capture technology, enabling the production of high-quality images across diverse lighting scenarios. For selfies, an 8MP front camera guarantees clear and detailed self-portraits. The device also benefits from Oppo’s AI-driven software enhancements to improve image clarity and detail.
The A3i Plus is powered by a 5,000mAh battery, providing all-day usage on a single charge. It is compatible with 45W Super Flash Charging, allowing the device to reach 50% charge in just 30 minutes. Oppo asserts that the battery is engineered to maintain its efficiency for over four years of usage. Additionally, the phone is designed to operate effectively in extreme temperatures, featuring real-time temperature control during the charging process.
The Oppo A3i Plus boasts a robust design with shock-absorbing corners, and Crystal Shield Glass for increased durability, and has received SGS Gold Five-Star certification for drop resistance.
