Oppo announced the Find X8 and X8 Pro with the Dimensity 9400 chip in October 2024. Later, they revealed the Find X8 Ultra, Find X8s, and X8s+ phones. The X8s was shown as a small flagship, while the X8s+ was an upgrade of the X8. Today, well-known tipster Digital Chat Station shared new details on Weibo about the upcoming Find X9 series.
Find X9 Series: Three Phones to Feature Dimensity 9500 chip

The leak says the Find X9 lineup will include four models. Three of these are expected to use MediaTek’s next-generation Dimensity 9500 chip. These phones are said to have screen sizes of 6.3 inches, 6.59 inches, and 6.78 inches, all with 1.5K resolution.
All models will have flat screens with slim bezels thanks to LIPO technology. They will all have the same rear camera setup: three cameras, including a periscope telephoto lens for better zoom. A previous report hints that the top model will have a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto sensor.
Find X9 Ultra to use Snapdragon chip and one-inch sensor

Following Oppo’s usual pattern, the Find X9 Ultra probably will stand out. It might feature the new Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 and a large one-inch main sensor.
It looks like its rear cameras could include a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, a 50-megapixel telephoto with 10x zoom, and a 200-megapixel telephoto. The Ultra might get a 6.82-inch display, similar to the X8 Ultra.
If Oppo keeps the same naming style, the series could be called Find X9, X9+, X9 Pro, and X9 Ultra. The Ultra version might launch in early 2026. The other three models could be announced as soon as October this year.
