Realme has started teasing the arrival of the Realme 16 Pro series of smartphones in India. The lineup’s most important details have been made public on its microsite, which can now be found on Realme India’s website. The details that the brand has confirmed are listed below.
Realme 16 Pro+ to feature a powerful Snapdragon chip

First of all, the microsite officially confirms the existence of the Realme 16 Pro+. This is very welcome considering that the Realme 14 Pro+ was announced before the Realme 15 Pro+.
The teaser suggests that Realme will use a Snapdragon chip that is more powerful than the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4; however, Realme has yet to confirm its chipset.
Rumors suggest that the Realme 16 Pro+ will pack a 7,000mAh battery with 80W charging. The company revealed that the 16 Pro+’s battery can power up to 9.3 hours of gaming, 20.8 hours of Instagram browsing, up to 21 hours of YouTube video playback, and up to 125 hours of Spotify music playback, though these specifics have not yet been officially confirmed.

The series will come with Android 16 based on Realme UI 7. There will be updates to the operating system and security patches for four years to address it. There are numerous rumors that the series will premiere in January. 6, 2026.
Realme 16 Pro+ specifications (rumored)
The Realme 16 Pro+ will be available in Master Gray, Master Gold, and Camellia Pink, according to a report. It will be made available in multiple options, such as 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB.

A 6.78-inch 1.5K 144Hz AMOLED screen, a 50-megapixel front-facing camera, and a 7,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging support are all options for the Realme 16 Pro+.
In addition, it is anticipated that the Realme 16 Pro will feature a dual-camera system with 200 megapixels and 8 megapixels. The Pro+ may also feature the same rear cameras along with a periscope telephoto camera.
