Samsung is set to introduce the Galaxy A26 5G in Pakistan as part of its A-series lineup. The expected starting price is Rs 74,999. This smartphone comes with a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 1,000 nits, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+. It features a waterdrop-style Infinity-U notch that accommodates a 13MP front camera.
The device is equipped with the Exynos 1380 processor, the same chip found in the Galaxy A35 (2023). It offers up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, which can be expanded to 2TB using a microSD card. The 5,000mAh battery supports 25W fast charging.

On the back, the camera system features a 50MP main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro camera. The A26 operates on One UI 7, based on Android 15, and guarantees six years of security updates, a rarity for devices in this price range. It also incorporates Samsung’s AI functionalities, such as Circle to Search and Object Eraser.
With an IP67 rating, the phone is resistant to dust and water. Additional features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers, and NFC capabilities for contactless payments. Weighing in at 200 grams and measuring 7.7mm thick, the phone maintains a relatively slim profile considering its battery capacity.
