Samsung continues to struggle with keeping secrets. After leaked images of the Galaxy Z Fold 7 appeared online, SammyGuru has now shared exclusive CAD-based renders of the Galaxy S25 FE.
The S25 FE won’t be shown at Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked event next month, but these leaked images give a good idea of its design.
Familiar Face, Slimmer Body
At first glance, the S25 FE looks quite similar to the S24 FE. Still, a closer look reveals some small but noticeable updates.
The report says the new phone is slightly thinner at 7.4mm compared to 8mm on the S24 FE. It also appears a tiny bit shorter, measuring 161.4mm versus 162mm. Samsung might have reduced the size of the front bezels to make the phone look sleeker.

The phone is expected to keep the 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. There is also talk of an upgrade to the selfie camera, from 10MP to 12MP, matching the Galaxy S25 and S25 Ultra.
On the back, the camera setup is expected to stay the same. It will likely have a 50MP main sensor, a 12MP ultrawide, and a 10MP telephoto lens.
What chip will power the S25 FE?
There is still no clear word on the processor. The S25 FE might have either Samsung’s Exynos 2400 or MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400 chip. A recent Geekbench listing suggests it runs on Exynos, but this remains unconfirmed.
We do know the S25 FE will come with One UI 8 out of the box when it launches in the last quarter of 2025. Like Samsung’s latest models, it is expected to get updates for seven years, including OS and security patches.
