Tecno is preparing to launch a new thin 5G phone in India. The company confirmed the Pova Slim 5G is coming. This phone might be similar to the Spark Slim concept shown at MWC 2025. Early reports detailed its price and features. Now, Tecno has revealed its sleek, very thin design.
Tecno Pova Slim 5G: World’s Slimmest Curved Display 5G Phone
Tecno calls the Pova Slim 5G the world’s thinnest 5G phone with a 3D curved screen. It will be available on Flipkart in India starting September 4.
The phone boasts an extra-thin body. It still includes necessary features for daily use. Tecno’s “Too Slim To Be True” design includes a Dynamic Mood Light. This light changes for calls and alerts. It makes the phone feel more personal.
A horizontal camera setup is on the phone’s back. Two lenses sit on each side. A curved LED strip wraps around the cameras. It connects in the middle, creating a cool light effect. This adds a unique look.
Tecno has not shared all the phone’s main specs. However, it will have Eila AI with many language options. It will also offer AI Writing help and Circle to Search. The phone will lack network communication features. This means calls must be made via Bluetooth.
A recent report suggests Tecno’s new slim phone is only 5.95mm thick. It may cost around 80,000 rupees. This price point places it against top phones from Samsung and Apple. Expected features include a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen. It will have a 144Hz refresh rate. The rear camera is 50 megapixels. A 5,200mAh battery powers the device.
