Vivo S30 Pro Mini Specs Leak reveals 6.31-inch OLED Display, Dimensity 9400e, 50MP Dual Cameras & more

Vivo is set to launch a new S-series phone in China this May. It will replace the Vivo S20 and S20 Pro, which came out in December 2024. Recent reports say the new series will be called the S30, not the S21. There’s also talk of two models: a standard version and a smaller, more affordable phone. The smaller one is seen as a cheaper option than last year’s Vivo X200 Pro Mini, priced at around 4,699 Yuan or roughly $645. Today, a trusted tipster, Digital Chat Station, shared a Weibo post with key details about what looks like the Vivo S30 Pro Mini.

Vivo S30 Pro Mini Specifications

The leak hints that the compact S30 model may carry the “Pro Mini” name. This suggests it might be called the Vivo S30 Pro Mini when released.

The leak states that the S30 Pro Mini could have a 6.31-inch flat display. It would support a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 2640 x 1216 pixels, which is also called 1.5K. The tipster previously said the phone will have an LTPO OLED screen.

The phone might be powered by a new chip called Dimensity 9400e. Some reports say this chip could launch next month. The leak says it could be a rebranded version of the Dimensity 9300 Plus. The device will likely have a large battery and support 90W fast charging.

For photos, the S30 Pro Mini could have a 50-megapixel selfie camera. The rear might feature two 50-megapixel lenses—one main and one telephoto.

The phone is expected to arrive in May. Along with it, the standard S30 is said to have a 6.67-inch OLED screen with 1.5K resolution. It will probably run on a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chip.
