Vivo is preparing to launch the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro in China. These phones are expected in October. The more advanced X300 Ultra should arrive in early 2026. A leak from Digital Chat Station shared details about the X300 Ultra’s camera.
Vivo X300 Ultra Camera Specifications (rumored)
The X300 Ultra will reportedly have a 200-megapixel main camera. It will also feature a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens. A 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera is also included. The leak did not name the specific camera sensors.

Reports suggest the X300 Ultra will use Sony’s new LYT-990 sensor for its main camera. The periscope camera, possibly the 200-megapixel Samsung HPB from the X300 Pro, will have a large 1/1.4-inch sensor. It will also boast a wide aperture, Zeiss’s new coating, and a prism for zoom.

Vivo’s own video and imaging chip will be in the X300 Ultra. For selfies, it will have a 50-megapixel front camera with autofocus, similar to the X300 and X300 Pro.
Digital Chat Station claims the X300 Ultra is unique with its dual 200-megapixel cameras. It states no other phone has both a 200MP main and a 200MP periscope camera. However, July leaks hinted that the Honor Magic 8 Ultra might also have dual 200MP cameras. Another report says its setup could be a 50MP main, 200MP periscope, and 50MP ultra-wide.
The Vivo X300 and X300 Pro will use the Dimensity 9500 chip. The X300 Ultra might get the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 instead. Other X300 Ultra features remain unknown.
