Xiaomi’s upcoming 17T series has leaked almost entirely ahead of its official launch event scheduled for May 28. A Russian retailer accidentally published product listings for both the Xiaomi 17T and Xiaomi 17T Pro, revealing official-looking renders, detailed specifications, storage variants, and pricing before Xiaomi could make the announcement itself.
The company has already started teasing the new lineup globally, describing it as the “biggest T Series upgrade yet”. Based on the latest leaks, Xiaomi appears ready to push the T-series much closer to premium flagship territory this year.
Xiaomi 17T, 17T Pro Expected Specifications
The standard Xiaomi 17T is expected to feature a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. Powering the device will reportedly be MediaTek’s Dimensity 8500 Ultra chipset, paired with 12GB RAM and storage options of 256GB or 512GB.
In the camera department, Xiaomi is said to be using a Leica-branded triple-camera system. The setup reportedly includes a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom, and a 12MP ultrawide camera. On the front, users may get a 32MP selfie camera designed for high-quality video calls and social media content.
Battery life could become one of the biggest selling points of the device. Leaks suggest the Xiaomi 17T will pack a massive 6,500mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging.
Meanwhile, the Xiaomi 17T Pro is expected to bring several major upgrades over the standard model. The Pro variant reportedly features a larger 6.83-inch AMOLED display with an even smoother 144Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the phone is tipped to run on MediaTek’s flagship Dimensity 9500 processor.
Although the camera setup looks similar on paper, reports mention an upgraded Light Fusion 950 main sensor for improved photography performance. The 17T Pro may also include a larger 7,000mAh battery along with faster 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging support.
Both smartphones are expected to ship with Android 16 and Xiaomi’s HyperOS interface straight out of the box.

Expected Pakistan Pricing
According to the leaked retailer listing, the Xiaomi 17T starts at RUB 51,625 for the 256GB version and RUB 54,537 for the 512GB variant. The Xiaomi 17T Pro reportedly starts at RUB 68,535 and reaches RUB 81,861 for the top-end 1TB model.
After rough currency conversion and considering Pakistan’s import taxes and PTA approval costs, the expected prices in Pakistan could look something like this:
- Xiaomi 17T (12GB + 256GB): around PKR 215,000 to PKR 235,000
- Xiaomi 17T (12GB + 512GB): around PKR 230,000 to PKR 250,000
- Xiaomi 17T Pro (12GB + 256GB): around PKR 285,000 to PKR 310,000
- Xiaomi 17T Pro (1TB): around PKR 340,000 to PKR 370,000
*Actual local pricing may vary depending on taxes, official availability, and retailer margins after launch.
If these leaks turn out to be accurate, Xiaomi seems to be changing the identity of its T-series lineup. Instead of focusing purely on “flagship killer” pricing, the company may now be targeting the premium smartphone segment with flagship-level hardware, larger batteries, advanced cameras, and high-end display technology.
